Lis Wehl was born on August 19, 1961 in America, is an author and the former legal expert of Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor at Law, New York Law School. In the past, she was an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Washington Law School. She's been a legal analyst for National Public Radio's program along with Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She has appeared on weekly shows like The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File featuring Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight the Imus morning shows, and hosts her own show, the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born in Yakima and went to West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma from Barnard College in 1983, a Master of Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. She worked as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She served as "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." From 1995 to 2001, she was a tenured law professor in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl served as a Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
